Fast forward to the present day and KFM are delighted to present “Fake Sugar”, the first single and title track from Jeep’s forthcoming album, a collection of new material, singles, radio sessions and demos spanning 40 years.
“Fake Sugar” will be released On May the 28th and is a brand new Jeep Solid track. Recorded live in studio, this acoustic gem features the sublime piano playing of Andy May, Scotland’s first call pianist whose long list of past collaborators includes Marianne Faithful, Justin Currie and Jack Bruce.

Ewan McGregor’s new film "Perfect Sense" is out on general release in the UK from this Friday. It features our very own Cruiser playing live as themselves in the pre-disaster club scene. When he instinctively decided to abandon Glasgow for long, arduous walks across the Scottish Highlands, the world was yet to cotton on to the potential attraction of his fine wee country and as such, he would regularly find himself alone in the wilderness.
Tom's much loved series, the iconic 'Weir's Way', has inspired two very different Scottish musical acts to unite in his name, with a shared adoration of both his character and the landscape which surrounds us.
For one night only, analogue synthesizer collective 7VWWVW (pronounced ‘Mammal’) and voice artist Wounded Knee showcase an entirely original score, specially composed and performed live, to outstanding moments of 'Weir’s Way'.
Set in the unique location of Whitehill School’s all seated, atmospheric auditorium space, this promises to be one of spring’s most exciting and special events.
