Formed in the aftermath of a car wreck in 2007, this half Swedish half Scottish duo started their descent into rock & roll armed only with a secondhand omnichord, a homemade hawaiian guitar and a big muff pedal.
The Caffeine Fuzzed Pop Nuggets and Lo-Fi Cough Syruped Exotica of debut album, VICTORIA BERG AND THE BLINDFOLDED MAN and the single 'I'LL MEET YOU AT THE CHICKEN LODGE' backed with 'DIAL MOOGY' (A Moog driven version of the iridescent IGLOMAT's 'Dial Wookie') are available through KFM. Records.
With an approach to music-making akin to the monkeys from 2001 banging on a monolith with a bone, VICTORIA BERG AND THE BLINDFOLDED MAN have taken their inspiration from blind luck and the ritualising of musical objects for use in creating rock & roll. The road to freedom is riddled with home made guitar, theremins and valves.
